How It Works
Select your photo(s)
It is important that you provide clear reference photos, as this is my only insight into the character of your pet. Sending a range of photos is welcomed and encouraged. I can advise which photo would be best to illustrate or you can let me know of the specific photo you would like drawn.
If you are wanting to order a drawing of a pet that has sadly passed away I understand you may not have the ideal photo. If this is the case, sending a range of photos is encouraged. Feel free to send through as many photos as you please and we can work through them together.
Choose how you would like your print
Prints are available in both A4 and A3. Printed on soft white etching paper, a 275gsm textured matte paper stock, coated with the latest pigment and dye inkjet technology, creating archival quality prints.
As well as your beautiful print you will receive a high quality digital copy for your own personal use, whether you want to set your furry friend as your wallpaper, profile picture or show them off to your friends and family. By completing your purchase you agree that you will not use the artwork for any commercial purpose.
Framing is also available for both A4 and A3. Prints are framed in a sleek white picture frame.
If you have any special requests, please select ‘other’ when filling out the enquiry form. Include what you are after in the ‘additional message’ textbox and we can discuss your options.
Placing your order
To place an order, please fill out the enquiry form. I will get in contact and ask you to send your photo(s) through. Please allow 7-10 working days for the drawing to be completed, depending on the current waiting list. Please let me know if you would like to place an urgent order and I will advise on the availability.
Payment
Once we have confirmed the details of your order, you will receive an invoice. Please process the payment at your earliest convenience and I will begin the artwork once your payment has been cleared.
Please ensure to use the invoice number on the reference details.
The art process
Once payment has cleared, I will begin drawing your custom portrait. You will be emailed the final artwork for approval. Once you are happy, we will print your artwork. Please allow 7 working days for your drawing to be completed. Once I have received your approval please allow 3-5 working days for printing and framing.
Delivery
Print only orders are delivered in protective packaging, a high quality crystal cellophane sleeve and backing card. Framed prints are carefully packaged in layers of recycled cardboard to ensure they are protected during transit.
