Each pet portrait is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Because of the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or gifts. However, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase and will work with you to resolve any issues related to damages 

 

Due to the bespoke nature of our artwork, we cannot offer refunds once the drawing process has started. If you are unsatisfied with the final product, we will be happy to make minor revisions where feasible to ensure the artwork meets your expectations.

 

Shipping returns

If your portrait is damaged during shipping, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include photos of the damage, and we will offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the extent of the damage. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.  

If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

 

Terms & conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Georgia’s Pet Portraits website, services, and products, including custom pet portraiture. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

All artwork is custom-made based on the photographs and specifications provided by the customer. Once an order is placed, changes or additions to the design cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional costs. We strive to capture the unique likeness of your pet, but artistic interpretation is subjective. Minor variations in style or colour may occur.

 

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may pay using a debit or credit card. Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed. Prices are listed in NZD, and taxes, if applicable, are included in the final purchase price.

 

Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of the artwork and the volume of orders. You will be notified of an estimated completion and shipping date upon placing your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to the total price. We are not responsible for any delays caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.

 

All artwork created by Georgia’s Pet Portraits remains the intellectual property of the artist. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the artwork without prior written consent. We reserve the right to use completed artworks for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon with the customer.

 

We take care to ensure your artwork is packaged securely for shipping. However, we are not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by shipping carriers. In the event of artwork being damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a resolution.

 

Any personal information collected through our website (e.g., your name, address, email) will only be used to fulfil your order and communicate with you about your purchase. We do not share your information with third parties except for payment processing and shipping purposes.
